The National Innovation Certificate (NIC) in Business Management is designed for the business owner or business manager that is interested in acquiring the knowledge, skills and attitude that will grow the business to attain the triple bottom line delivering financial, social and environmental returns to stakeholders. Students learn about what a business is and how to manage one include the management of resources (human resources, financial and assets). The course covers gitalization (digital presence, digital accounting and digital marketing). The course also covers risks management (regulatory compliance, enterprise risks management and internal controls).
